The warranty covers

  • Manufacturing faults in the LEDs or the driver board
  • Water ingress despite the unit meeting its stated rating
  • Charging or battery failure within the warranty period
  • Abnormal dimming or complete failure

The warranty does not cover

  • Damage from impact or a collision
  • Incorrect wiring or feeding it more voltage than stated
  • Opening or modifying the unit
  • Scratches and normal lens wear

How to claim

  1. 1.Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo or clip of the fault
  2. 2.We reply the same day and confirm whether it falls under warranty
  3. 3.We collect the unit and send the replacement within 3 working days
